Avocado is full of healthy fat and is a fantastic food source for your brain.
I eat this for breakfast, lunch or dinner by itself or with a slice of my seeded bread or wholegrain and seeds, rye or sourdough toast.
A sprinkle of chilli flakes to serve adds a little pep to this dish.
